Aged for over seven years, this bold rye honors Colonel John Francisco, one of Midway’s early settlers and namesakes of the town’s historic distilling heritage. After years of aging, it is finished in Jamaican rum barrels, where it develops layers of molasses, tropical fruit, and brown sugar that mingle beautifully with the rye’s natural spice and oak. The result is a rich, complex whiskey that bridges Kentucky tradition with Caribbean influence.
