Our original mash bill, made with 75% yellow corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. It has aromatic notes of butterscotch and spices with a peppery, spiced flavor. Barrel-aged for at least 3 years.

Our Mash Bill #1 Bourbon is our first mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye , and 4% malted barley. This product is light and buttery on the palate with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, spice herbal tea, caramel, black pepper, and anise. It finishes with lingering notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, leather, herbal mint and black pepper.
Adult Signature is required. UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your package and a person over the age of 21 will be required to sign. If the package is returned a $20 reshipment fee will assessed if you would like to have the package reshipped. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
We are able to ship to most states plus D.C. We are unable to ship to: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Michigan, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah.
