Midway Series: Finished Rye Whiskeys
Made with the finest grains and time-honored methods. The original Midway Distilling Co. (destroyed by fire in 1924) has been resurrected by the team at Bluegrass Distillers. We are proud to honor our new distillery’s home of Midway, KY and to share the experimental whiskeys and finishes that we have created and love under the Midway Distilling Co. brand.

Campfire, pine, caramel apple
Taste
Marzipan, pear, spiced oak, browned butter, burnt marshmallow
Finish
Medium-long finish, dessert notes, layers of dried fruit, citrus, bold clove spice
Summary
Rather than retiring a used barrel, we have them re-coopered and fired. We then refill these mature workhorses with spirit previously aged in new barrels to impart a nuanced secondary finish.
Adult Signature is required. UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your package and a person over the age of 21 will be required to sign. If the package is returned a $20 reshipment fee will assessed if you would like to have the package reshipped. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
